1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing the website of SKL Security Services Pvt Ltd or retaining our personnel, tactical teams, or digital surveillance solutions, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service.
2. Scope of Security Operations
SKL Security provides licensed guarding, armed escorts, electronic perimeter monitoring, and crisis mitigation under applicable private security regulatory frameworks. Operational parameters, post orders, and response times are specifically governed by your signed Master Service Agreement (MSA) and Service Level Agreement (SLA).
3. Client Responsibilities
Clients engaging our security services agree to:
- Provide accurate facility schematics, hazard notifications, and authorized access rosters.
- Maintain safe working conditions for deployed security guards and patrol officers.
- Notify our command center immediately regarding any heightened security threats or incidents.
4. Confidentiality & Non-Disclosure
Both parties agree to treat all strategic blueprints, operational procedures, security assessments, and personnel deployments with strict confidentiality. No surveillance feeds or deployment schedules may be disclosed to third parties without written consent, unless required by lawful authority.
5. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising in connection with our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi.
